Core Certification Flagship Program

Certified Compassionate Care Professional™ (CCCP)

Flagship Program

The Certified Compassionate Care Professional™ (CCCP) is an innovative, structured workforce training program that develops the core emotional, interpersonal, and ethical competencies required for high-quality care delivery. The program equips participants with practical tools for emotional intelligence, effective communication, ethical judgment, boundary-setting, and resilience in emotionally demanding care environments. 

 

CCCP incorporates embedded AI tools and evidence-informed instructional strategies to prepare healthcare professionals for evolving workforce demands.

Through facilitated learning, applied scenarios, and reflective practice, participants learn how to navigate high-stakes interactions with patients, clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and personal sustainability. CCCP bridges the gap between technical training and the real-world human challenges faced in healthcare and community-based roles.

Participants who complete the program receive the Certified Compassionate Care Professional™ designation.

RHI’s Community Health Worker (CHW) Training program provides workforce-ready preparation aligned to required CHW topic areas and real-world field demands.
