Daniel Thompson is a strategic operations and systems executive with over a decade of leadership experience overseeing complex, compliance-driven environments across public and private sectors. He brings deep expertise in enterprise operations, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and scalable infrastructure development.

In his most recent senior logistics leadership role within a large public-sector agency, Daniel managed a multi-site operational ecosystem and a high value $18M+ public asset portfolio, strengthening compliance infrastructure and significantly reducing financial exposure through strategic redesign. He has successfully modernized operational systems, reduced financial risk, and implemented technology-driven tracking frameworks that improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across distributed facilities.

Daniel’s career spans both government and corporate environments, giving him a rare ability to translate executive vision into structured, controlled execution within regulated ecosystems. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Central Florida and has completed formal training in Project Management at the University of South Florida.
